Similar to Irish Cream, this light brown syrup holds rich hints of whisky, caramel and cream. Perfect for non-alcoholic Irish Coffees, or creating a variety of after dinner drinks, both hot and cold.
Le Sirop de MONIN Irish Syrup has a similar flavour profile to that of the world famous Irish Coffee cocktail incorporating coffee, sugar, Irish whiskey, topped with thick cream and nutmeg. Works well in coffees, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Irish Coffee
20ml MONIN Irish syrup
40ml Irish whiskey
2 espressos
Fresh cream
In an Irish coffee glass pour and steam together MONIN syrup and whiskey. Add two espressos. Shake cream without ice cubes and pour it gently on top of the glass with a spoon. Garnish with three coffee beans.

This was developed as part of a ‘virgin flavour range’ to help create delicious non alcoholic alternatives without sacrificing flavour in beverages.
Directions
15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
