Mango Pisco Sour
30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Mango
20ml MONIN Lime Rantcho concentrate
60ml pisco
30ml egg white
3 dashes of aromatic bitter
Pour all ingredients except bitter into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake. Strain into the shaker tin and throw away the ice. Shake a second time without ice. Strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with 3 drops of bitter on the foam.
